The Role Working as part of this leading employment practice you will get the opportunity to work on a dual workstream of employment matters to include NI work and also E & W matters. You will get the opportunity to work on a broad mix of high value and high profile employment matters both contentious and non-contentious. There will also be a large amount of advisory work for clients. The spread of work you will get exposure to includes business reorganisations and redundancies, advising clients around sensitive/reputational issues, advising clients around grievances, boardroom support on reputational or corporate governance issues, employment tribunal representation, investigations, employee consultations and engagement, corporate immigration, TUPE and outsourcing, etc. You will be! Ideally, you will meet the following criteria; however, for the right candidate, there is some potential flexibility: Qualified Solicitor - NI/E & W (or equivalent) - 1 years PQE PQE will have been gained focused mainly in employment, ideally acting for employers Demonstrable experience of working on a broad range of employment matters to include contentious and non-contentious employment matters Forward thinker with a commercial approach to advising clients Excellent communication and client development skills Highly organised and able to manage a busy and varied caseload If you are interested in a further chat about this role please get in touch today for a confidential chat at
