Here at Simpson Judge, we are proud to assist one of our multi-service legal clients in their search for a new junior Employment Solicitor, from NQ to 2 years PQE.
The role provides guidance and onsite training for a junior solicitor, but prior experience working in an Employment team is required.
In this role, you will work on behalf of both employers and employees, gaining experience and guidance from senior solicitors and partners within the firm. This opportunity will enhance your understanding of employment law and support your long-term growth within the firm.
Requirements:
Qualified or due to qualify. 6 months prior Employment Law experience (assisting or case handling). Max PQE 3 years. Local or able to commute to Redditch.
