Full-time You will be joining a boutique employment firm in their friendly and collegiate employment team. As an employment solicitor, you will be working closely with a fantastic, close-knit team, providing a bespoke service to individuals. Responsibilities:

A claimant caseload, meeting with a range of clients to gather information and explain legal matters, building strong relationships. Handling day-to-day enquiries and providing advice on: Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination Claims Settlement Agreements Disciplinary Hearings Minimum Requirements:

Have at least six months experience as a trainee in employment law matters, on the claimant side client matters at a leading regional or national practice. The firm has the ability to consider individuals up to 5 PQE and they have the work revenues to appropriately feed the right level of work. Ideally have a background working with trade unions although this is not an absolute requirement. Have excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts. Have good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for cases.
