Job Description
The Employment Solicitor position will hold the following responsibilities:
Provide legal advice for a range of Employment cases
Oversee claims relating to a range of issues including breach of contract, anti-harassment, unfair dismissal, misconduct, and discrimination
Manage claims from initial assessment through to final hearings
Handle settlement agreements
Ensure internal policies and procedures are followed and upheld
Provide training to internal teams and stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Employment Solicitor will need to have the following skills and experience:
Strong experience of working in a similar role handling employment cases
Experience from a law firm or in-house team can be considered
Excellent communication skills
Excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple cases at different stages
Able to build strong relationships with different areas of the business

This is an ongoing interim position.
Hybrid working is available - minimum 2 days in the office.
