Due to continued growth across the employment department, the firm are seeking a career minded Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to contribute to their renowned legal practice.

The Role:

As an Employment Lawyer within the team, you will collaborate with a highly respected group of legal professionals representing major employers and corporate entities. Your responsibilities will include advising on employment law matters, handling disputes, and providing strategic counsel on employment-related issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and senior colleagues, taking on meaningful responsibilities from the outset. You'll provide legal advice on employment law matters for both employer and employee, handling employment disputes and litigation, advising on HR policies and procedures, conducting negotiations and settlement agreements, supporting clients with employment-related legal issues

Requirements:

Qualified Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 3 years PQE) Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen Ability to undertake business development and marketing Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team On Offer:
