Job Role: Senior Employment Solicitor Location: Chester Salary: c. £60K + Excellent Benefits My client, a reputable firm in Chester, is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. In this role, you will manage a caseload of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of issues, including contracts, disputes, redundancy, discrimination, and other employment-related matters. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice, lead client relationships, and play an integral role in business development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law and a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. You should be confident in managing your own caseload and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
