Join An Award-Winning B Corp Certified Law Firm as an Employment Solicitor! Our client is a highly regarded, niche business services law firm seeking a qualified employment solicitor to become a key member of their employment team.

They offer a flexible hybrid working policy, allowing a blend of office-based work in their Truro office and remote work from home.

Their diverse and impressive client portfolio includes exciting start-ups, established family-run businesses, and large corporate groups across various sectors, including technology, food, energy, and renewables. They proudly serve some of the best brands in Cornwall, as well as several national clients. While their primary focus is on employer representation, they also provide tailored employment advice to directors, senior employees, and others seeking a personalized service.

We seek a self-motivated, proactive individual who is confident in advising on a wide range of employment issues. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset and experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, including:

Employment contracts

Employment tribunal claims

Settlement agreements and mutually agreed exits

TUPE and corporate support

Workplace HR support

Key Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

A creative approach to problem-solving, aiming for optimal outcomes based on individual client circumstances
