Drafting and negotiating employment contracts Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures Representing clients in Employment Tribunals Handling TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations Providing guidance on workplace disputes Advising on Settlement Agreements Delivering HR and employment law training to clients
Key Responsibilities:
Managing your caseload effectively Building strong client relationships Providing tailored practical advice Staying updated on employment law changes and ensuring compliance Contributing to business development activities Collaborating with colleagues to support clients with employment advice
About You:
Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Strong technical knowledge of employment law Proven experience managing a varied caseload Excellent client care skills Proactive problem-solving approach Commitment to achieving results A drive to contribute to the firm's growth and success
