Looking for a new Employment Solicitor role based in Manchester?
Our client is a family-owned, specialist law firm that is wanting an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their respected and friendly team to work on behalf of businesses and organisations, from large household names to SMEs, on a broad range of sectors.
Within this role, you will be working within a supportive environment to advise on varied and interesting work as well as contributing to the overall development of the firm and growth of business.
Your caseload will include running your own Employment caseload, gaining fantastic exposure to complex matters, dealing with employment tribunals and working on larger projects such as mass redundancies, investigations, TUPE and collective bargaining.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years PQE, is looking to grow and develop alongside a reputable legal practise, has excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills as well as a keen attention for detail and can be a team player.
