Solicitor (3+ PQE)
to join their national Employment team, offering the opportunity to work on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with Employment Tribunal (ET) litigation from start to finish. Provide daily employment law advice on issues like grievances, disciplinary procedures, whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE transfers, and reorganizations. Engage in business development activities including networking, writing blogs and articles, and attending events. Collaborate with clients and third parties to deliver high-quality, responsive advice.
Skills and Experience: Essential : 3+ years PQE, experience in ET litigation, strong communication skills, and an interest in healthcare sector employment law. Desirable : NHS experience (not required), flexible and quick to learn.
