Employment Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate (3-6 years PQE)
Oculus are currently working with a very well respected legal practice, with an award-winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times.
They have particular specialisms within the Healthcare, Real Estate, Tech and Education sectors but are happy to consider generalist Employment practitioners, with respondent experience.
Required experience in a broad range of Employment matters, including but not limited to:
Contracts of Employment
Grievance and Disciplinary procedures
Termination of Employment (to include dismissals and redundancies)
HR Advisory work
Discrimination claims
Settlement Agreements
