This role is for a newly qualified solicitor but they will consider PQE levels higher than this.
You are required to be a qualified Solicitor for this position.
This role will involve you handling your own caseload from instruction to completion.
The caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious work for a diverse client base, dealing with matters including but not limited to the following;
- Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance, - Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises), - Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes, - Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters, - Assisting with data protection compliance, and - Representing clients in employment tribunals.
The ideal candidate will be NQ-3PQE with strong Employment law experience.
