Managing a personal caseload of Employment matters, including but not limited to: Disputes with your employer Unfair dismissal Constructive dismissal Redundancy Settlement Agreements Grievances Disciplinary ACAS Early Conciliation (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) Changes to terms & conditions Restrictive covenants Discrimination Bullying & harassment Maternity, Paternity, and Family Issues Directors’ disputes Legal Expenses Insurance
