About Us Our Employment Law team is highly regarded for its expertise and client-focused approach, supporting clients and solving their problems. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload as part of a team, advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters, including: Drafting and negotiating employment contracts. Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Representing clients in Employment Tribunals. Handling TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations. Providing guidance on workplace disputes. Delivering HR and employment law training to clients. Key Responsibilities Providing practical advice tailored to client needs. Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensuring compliance. Assisting in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base. Working with colleagues to help clients grow this business with employment advice. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. Strong technical knowledge of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. Proven ability to manage a varied caseload. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results. A desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
