This charity is seeking a Programme Manager to lead their high-performing employment support programme, based in Hounslow Town Centre (with free parking).
As Programme Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of 16 (including part-time staff), ensuring they achieve targets and deliver exceptional support to job seekers.
Maintain our high-quality service delivery by focusing on customer feedback and outcomes.
Drive programme performance to ensure individuals not only secure jobs but sustain long-term employment.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the programme, contributing to its success in league tables and its excellent reputation within the sector.
