We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to join our office team at Mama Shelter London. The Reservations Manager is entrusted with overseeing all aspects of the reservations department and reports to the Director of Revenue Management. The Reservations Manager will be an upbeat and inspirational leader and will ensure consistent, flawless communication between our guests and internal teams. The Reservations Manager will follow clear step-by-step processes and confidently use our systems (Opera, TARS, iDeas, etc.), ensuring guest details and specific information are always recorded in a clear and easy-to-understand way for our teams. The Reservations Manager will support the Sales team by handling groups after being contracted. You must be organized and will be required to know Delphi. The Reservations Manager will provide all necessary information to any department regarding upcoming bookings, and you will work closely with the Front Office Manager and the Sales team. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: Having full responsibility for the reservation department and being the main point of contact in resolving any issues that may arise. Leading, training, and ensuring that the reservations team provides great customer service to all customers and clients. Being competent and confident, and able to train in the use of all the systems currently used. Additional Information

Accor & Ennismore experience is an asset. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
