We are seeking a meticulous and proactive End of Tenancy Manager to join our team. The End of Tenancy Manager is responsible for managing the end-of-tenancy process for our client's properties, ensuring that properties are returned to their original condition and facilitating a seamless transition for incoming and exiting tenants:
Day to day responsibility:
Handle all documentation related to the end-of-tenancy process, including inventory reports, check-out reports, and deposit refunds.
Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance work to ensure properties are returned to a satisfactory condition for re-letting.
Act as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the end-of-tenancy process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Assist in resolving any disputes regarding the return of deposits, liaising with both landlords and tenants to reach fair and amicable resolutions, including submission of dispute paperwork.

Background in Lettings
Knowledge of the Lettings industry or UK rental market beneficial
