Senior Staff Nurse Endoscopy Location - The Lister Hospital, Chelsea Bridge Rd, London SW1W 8RH This role is a 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, covering the hours of 7am - 6pm with some on-call duties. As a Senior Endoscopy Staff Nurse, you'll be responsible for supporting the Endoscopy Service Manager in leading, motivating, and supervising a team of endoscopy trained nurses. Key responsibilities include staff allocation and monitoring the staffing list to ensure requirements are met, as well as deputising for the Endoscopy Manager when necessary. This requires good decision-making skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations confidently and professionally.
