Join a forward-thinking IT team dedicated to delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for endpoint management. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working arrangements, requiring three office days per week (one of which will be in Ipswich offices, with paid travel). With a salary range of £40,000–£43,000, this newly created position offers a chance to make a real impact by working closely with the Modern Workplace Manager and a talented IT team. Key details: • Location: Can be based in any East Anglian office, Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge. • Hybrid Working: 2–3 days per week in-office, including one day in Ipswich • Focus: Supporting and managing endpoint devices and contributing to the firm's journey to the cloud What’s in It for You? Core Responsibilities and Technology You'll Use • Endpoint Management: Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and other platforms. • Security: Implement security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and firewalls. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve endpoint hardware and software issues. • Automation: Streamline deployment with scripting languages like PowerShell. • Compliance & Updates: Ensure devices meet organisational policies and deploy updates and patches. • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations and processes. • Collaboration: Work with IT teams to integrate solutions into the broader infrastructure. This role also includes monitoring performance, engaging with vendors, providing user training, and staying ahead of emerging trends in endpoint management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need both technical and interpersonal skills: • Proficiency in endpoint management tools like Intune and Autopilot • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11) • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with users and stakeholders
