Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in energy management An appropriate energy related qualification or equivalent in building services engineering (to Degree level or higher) Extensive knowledge of the principle techniques and technologies which support the efficient use of energy. We are looking to take on board a strong energy manager to be based on a large commercial site in SW London. With this role comes bundles of overtime as well as the opportunity to work within a large and highly skilled team. Responsibilities: To ensure the effective management of energy resources to meet client's objectives and targets. To identify, develop and implement new energy related opportunities. Carry out all energy related tasks to ensure service provision and compliance. To motivate and train people in energy management. Promote energy efficiency and provide advice and support for the development of energy efficient practices. Collect and present Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting of Utilities, Waste and Carbon Emissions. Full ownership of data platforms. Contact us to apply.
