�????? Are you passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability? Our client is looking for an experienced Energy Officer to join their Asset Management team. As an Energy Officer, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and managing energy performance data within our client's Asset Management Systems.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and integrity of energy-related data, as well as assisting the Energy & Sustainability Manager in funding bids for retrofit programmes. You will also have line management responsibility for the Energy Administrator.

Key objectives for this role include maintaining valid energy efficiency data in the asset management system, validating existing energy performance, conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), and reviewing energy performance to ensure compliance with legislation and improve efficiency.

To excel in this role, you will need to be skilled in manipulating large volumes of data using functions such as philtres, pivot tables, and formulas. You will also collaborate closely with the Repairs & Maintenance Team and Investment Team to maximise energy performance and identify viable retrofit programmes.

As an Energy Officer, you will liaise with external bodies, including contractors, consultants, and partners, to ensure the accuracy and validity of retrofit programme data. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on utilities within the group's housing stock and assisting with the procurement of new utility contracts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. A driving licence is required for this position to facilitate site visits and assessments.
