About The Opportunity RPS is seeking qualified and experienced Project Delivery leaders from either an engineering or commercial background to join our team based in South East Queensland on a permanent basis, to assist our clients in the planning, development, and delivery of projects across the Energy Sector. These projects include On & Off Shore Wind, Solar, Hydro, Carbon Capture & Storage, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission and Generation infrastructure, assets and facilities. About You You will be driven, energetic, and professional, with strong presentation and communication skills. You have the confidence to take the initiative to proactively solve problems and achieve outcomes. You are a people person, and a networker who can build and maintain valuable relationships with your stakeholders. You have a passion for your profession and can produce work to a high standard as an individual, team member or team leader. You will have Tertiary qualifications in a construction, engineering, commercial or related field. At least 10 years post graduate related work experience. Previous client, consultant, or contractor side experience in the Energy Sector. A strong understanding and proven experience in a range of contract forms (e.g. EPC, PPP, D&C). A strong understanding and experience with stakeholder management. Ability to manage and grow business relationships. Strong communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely management reports. Exceptional organisational, client engagement and relationship building ability. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. Commercial acumen.
