Project Manager – B2C Energy Supplier
E1 Partners is recruiting Project Managers on behalf of a rapidly growing energy supplier, seeking experienced Project Managers with a background in the energy sector to join their dynamic and innovative team.
As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and delivering critical projects that support the company’s expansion and customer-centric initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to drive project success from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions proactively.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and team members to provide regular updates on project status.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery, ensuring a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
About you
- 1-4 years of project management experience, ideally within the B2C or B2B energy sector. (Electricity and Gas)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- A results-driven, problem-solving approach, with a proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience).
Location: London or Northamptonshire – 1-2 times per month office travel.
