Our successful applicant will start as an Energy Sales Consultant with a clear path into your dream sales management role after a qualifying 6 month period. Key Responsibilities Energy Sales Consultant:

Working within an outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls. Initiating connections with key decision makers to grasp their business energy needs. Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals. Team Manager:

Managing and leading a team of 8 Energy Sales Consultants. Monitoring KPIs daily and responsible for ensuring both volume and quality of calls is achieved in line with FFB standards. Responsible for the delivery of the Direct Sales team order book, in line with budget expectations. Motivating, inspiring, and leading by example to ensure your team stays motivated to succeed in achieving targets and KPIs. Delivering coaching and training to the team at FFB. Conducting thorough 1-2-1 meetings with your team and ascertaining key areas of development. Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (KPI: Revenue). A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and methodologies. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team. Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
