TMM is working on a brand-new Engagement Assistant role. This is a key role for a reputable organisation in the City Centre. You will learn all about the organisation in the first few months and will be responsible for social media along with executing a range of digital content and will be the face of the business videos and content. Dynamic Content & Engagement Coordinator Are you a creative, people-focused professional with a passion for content creation and community engagement? We’re looking for an energetic individual to drive exciting social media projects and build relationships within a network of member organisations. About the Role Your key responsibility will be to create engaging, authentic video content for TikTok and Instagram, exploring topics such as community living and local insights. You’ll be both the face of the camera and the organiser, conducting interviews with industry professionals. Key tasks include: Producing ‘raw’ video footage for digital marketing to edit and publish. Organising and hosting Q&A sessions on social media, liaising with member firms to feature subject matter experts and coordinating content. Developing a podcast schedule, identifying guest speakers and researching relevant topics. You’ll also play a pivotal role in maintaining strong communication with member organisations, ensuring they maximise opportunities such as training sessions, Q&A participation, and podcasts. Regular updates and outreach will be part of your routine to foster collaboration and engagement. In addition, you’ll assist with training events by organising materials, coordinating with external providers, and promoting CPD opportunities.
