As an Engagement Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' school attendance and engagement. You will work directly with students in various settings, including their homes, schools, and the community. Your primary responsibility will be to implement our EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance) model, which focuses on gradually decreasing support while increasing student engagement. You will work independently and as part of a dedicated team to proactively support students, assisting them in engaging with their learning through remote digital access to lessons.

Purpose of the Role:
Modify and adapt activities to advance pupils' learning as necessary. Contribute to high quality learning experiences using a variety of teaching and support methods. Support students to access online learning where necessary. Assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment and use this knowledge to extend and challenge pupils' learning.
Experience, Training & Qualifications: Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided) Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting DBS (on the update service) Full UK Driving Licence
Eligibility Requirements: Hold right to work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related references
