The Royal Society is the independent scientific academy of the UK, dedicated to recognising, promoting and supporting excellence in science and encouraging the development and use of science for the benefit of humanity. It is a self-governing Fellowship of many of the world's most distinguished scientists drawn from all areas of science, engineering and medicine. This role will sit in the Engagement team in the Grants section. The team leads on career development and engagement with researchers funded through the Royal Society's grant programmes.
Job Purpose:
To help support the successful delivery of the Royal Society's career development and engagement activities for active award holders.
To provide diverse administrative support for a range of networking events, training courses, projects, and the Society's mentoring programme for early career Research Fellows.
