We are thrilled to be working with a well-established training organisation (Ofsted "Good") based in Nottingham to recruit an Engagement Manager for their housing learning provision. Working in both apprenticeships and commercial training, the Engagement Officer will support the Commercial Director to generate and enrol learners onto their housing programmes. The company, who provide a range of employment related training including Full Time Programmes, Apprenticeships, Adult Learning Loans, Employability, and Work experience, are searching for applicants who can provide an excellent service to their customers and stakeholders. The successful individual will be a face of the business, meaning they will be representing the company in front of key clients. Ideally, the client is looking for applicants with prior knowledge of the housing market; however, the willingness and determination to learn and succeed in this area will also be considered. You will build knowledge and relationships within the housing sector and wider housing team to identify where the organisation could further support customer needs. Main Responsibilities

Onboard learners onto commercial training programmes in a timely manner. Provide administrative support to ensure invoices are paid timely. Prepare for and deliver information sessions prior to course start date. Co-ordinate communication between delegates, employers, the Commercial Director and the wider housing team. Research and provide data and reports to support the generation of sales. Update sales pipeline to support sales targets. Action customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales and customer support. Provide support for marketing campaigns. Attend events and trade shows. Work as part of a team and liaise with colleagues as required. Applicants Must Have

Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience of working within a customer service role. Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail. The skills and ability to co-ordinate tasks. Self-motivated and ability to prioritise workload. Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision. Hold English and maths qualifications at level 2 or above (or equivalent). Excellent IT skills (conversant with Microsoft Office and social media). Driving licence and own transport.
