We are looking for a passionate and creative Engagement Producer to join Arnolfini to help produce our combined arts programme that is co-designed and delivered with our community partners, groups and artists. Our Engagement Programme responds to Bristol’s evolving and diverse communities, exploring different ways of seeing the world around us through a local, regional, national and international lens. We place engagement and collaboration at the centre of our approach, extending our reach to welcome anyone to participate in our work with multiple entry-points to our projects and activities with specific activities designed to engage a more diverse audience and those facing more barriers to attendance including families, young people, community groups, refugees and marginalised communities, people with learning disabilities, long-term health issues, chronic illness and disabilities. The Role You will primarily work alongside the Head of Engagement to create and deliver an exciting and ambitious engagement programme in collaboration with our community partners for our key audiences:

Families, Creative Health groups, marginalised communities including asylum seekers and refugees, disability groups and schools. You will be a key member of the programme team, working collaboratively with your colleagues in engagement, exhibitions and events to co-develop and deliver activities that are multidisciplinary and align with our core organisational values. Who are we looking for? You have experience of engaging and working directly with community groups and stakeholders. You have a good understanding and experience of the complexities of cultural diversity and the ability to work with people from a range of different cultures and backgrounds. You have excellent project management skills. You are passionate and interested in contemporary arts practice across a range of art forms related to Arnolfini’s current and future cultural programme. You enjoy working as part of a small and passionate team. Engagement Producer Working Hours:

40 hours a week Contract:

Permanent Salary:
