With projects across a range of motorsport championships, we’re looking to appoint an Engine Engineer to support a series of evolving projects in Rally, GT3, Rally Raid, and Touring Car. Providing engineering support on a variety of high-performance powertrains, our Engine Engineers develop skills across a variety of disciplines and competition vehicles. The role and responsibilities include: Providing exceptional technical support during both dyno and in-car testing. Identifying and solving technical issues. Performing IC Engine calibration and Data analysis. Preparing a high standard of technical documentation and details of technical updates. Preparing post-event reports and bulletins to include event and performance analysis of the engine. Helping to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and can-do attitude. You should be educated to either an MEng or BEng degree level in either Motorsport/Automotive Engineering and have a thorough understanding of IC Engines and their sub-systems. You should have experience and knowledge of data logging and analysis software, and be well-organised and delivery-focused, as well as having strong problem-solving skills. You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and be confident producing professional technical documents and reports. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar powertrain engineering role in motorsport, which can include Rallying or Racing.
