Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities On-the-job training Flexible working hours Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled EPOS/IT Engineer to join our team in the field engineering department. Based out of our Head Office in Bury St Edmunds, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing IT equipment (Self Serve Kiosk, EPOS, Printers) across a number of major retailers based in the UK. Responsibilities: Attend sites from 7:00 AM Install equipment as per the defined script Use installation sign-off app Update client on progress using Synchroteam Liaise with customers on site Work around customers and staff in the shop Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10 and using Command Prompts Strong retail technical knowledge Able to use hand tools including drills and follow instructions on site Qualifications: Strong technical support and IT support skills Proficient in desktop support and help desk operations Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with computer networking and software troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft Office, VPN, and Windows operating systems Knowledge of computer hardware and relevant tools, including hand tools Experience with shop fit and physical equipment installation Job Type:
