To provide advanced support in maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding for a wide range of automation systems, pumps, compressors, pipework, actuators, conveyors, and other process equipment. This role ensures high standards of operational efficiency and safety are maintained across the site. Duties
Utilise a broad range of engineering skills, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines. Perform both planned and reactive maintenance to meet KPI targets. Conduct condition monitoring, address any deviations, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and process infrastructure. Diagnose, analyse, and repair PLC control systems. Retrieve and analyse maintenance history using the site's planned maintenance system. Promote good practices and effective communication. Maintain and uphold department and factory (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards. Adhere to site GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and ensure a clean working environment. Participate in shift handovers to ensure seamless knowledge transfer. Provide accurate feedback to engineering management on tasks and complete task reports with detailed commentary.
