Overview
Martham Boats are looking to appoint an ENGINEER, who would love to work on our traditional fleet, based on the Norfolk Broads. A good sound knowledge of Electrics would be an advantage. Training, tailored to our fleet, can be given for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
The ideal person will be someone who has worked on Broads boats, is reliable and a good all-rounder, as the work here is varied, including boat maintenance, plumbing, hydraulics, as well as electrics, with no two days the same.
Someone who takes pride in their work.
Good customer skills.
Computer literate.
Has a full, driver’s licence.
Is Health and Safety conscious.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
