As an HVAC Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure systems run efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Perform reactive and planned maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Carry out HVAC installations and upgrades, including plumbing and cooling systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Manage materials and resource planning, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and best practices. Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the process. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a multiskilled Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with a strong HVAC background. Solid experience in HVAC installation, servicing, and maintenance. Knowledge of building services, including mechanical, cooling, and controls. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, office staff, and colleagues. Valid UK driving licence is required. Ability to pass a DBS check for airside clearance. Why Join?
