Technical Surveyor

£25 per hour PAYE or £32.22 per hour Limited paid via Umbrella Company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Technical Surveyor. This role will focus specifically on surveying Damp & Mould. Responsibilities: Manage the case from start to finish, ensuring the Mould is eradicated for the resident and implementing measures to prevent reoccurrence. Diagnose complex building defects and specify rectification measures. Project a positive image of the workplace as an ambassador. Maintain strong risk assessment skills, ensuring safety is a priority. Contribute fully to service delivery as a self-starter who can use their own initiative. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent knowledge of building maintenance. Knowledge of surveying and issues relating to Damp and Mould. Knowledge of HHSRS and Schedule of Rates. Clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice. Good working knowledge of tools used in surveying. Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles. Good working knowledge of IT applications relevant to the post. Knowledge of the Disrepair pre-action protocol. Customer-focused with a can-do approach to resident queries. Strong interpersonal customer service skills, both written and verbal. Administrative skills in data logging. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Good project management skills.
