Benefits of the Engineer Lead: £80k salary Bonus Car allowance Pension Laptop and tools 25 days holiday + bank holidays The Role of the Engineer Lead: Oversee a team of people that will install pumping units for cooling systems for data units across the UK, Middle East, and Europe. Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept, design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Manage a team of multi-disciplined engineers and design technicians. The Ideal Person for the Engineer Lead: Valid Passport and Driving Licence. Leadership and project management abilities. Strong problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, MEP, electrical systems, public health, and fire protection. Proficiency with design and modelling tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and fabrication management systems. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Significant experience in building services engineering. Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects, preferably in modular construction. Experience with off-site construction or modular HVAC system solutions (advantageous). Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system integration in building services.
