Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an Engineer - Nuclear, to be engaged on a staff basis and located in Barrow with a hybrid working model.
What you'll be doing:
Intelligent Customer for project documentation and its safety case.
Review design documentation and assess design changes.
Assess build maturity for entry into subsequent build phases.
Ensure maintenance of design intent during build and commissioning.
Technical problem-solving during construction and commissioning.
Providing technically sound challenges to existing requirements.
Writing and presenting reports with regards to project problem resolution.
Facilitate programme delivery through innovative engineering solutions.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Degree Qualified Engineering/Physical Science discipline; Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear, Materials, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent industry experience.
Desirable:
Proven technical report writing skills.
Presentation skills.
Previous exposure to Engineering Lifecycle.
