£36,000-£39,000 per annum (DOE) The Role Improve knowledge of colleagues. Share knowledge and best practice. Desk based image assessment inspections. Technical complaint management. Resolution of escalated technical cases. Repair network audit and recommendation. Continual improvement of all measures. Develop solid and productive working relations. Competent knowledge of Vizion working practice. Work co-operatively and collaboratively. Implement new initiatives. Eliminate waste, mistakes, and errors. Build quality into systems of working. Minimise total cost by limiting variation. Promote quality and pride in workmanship. Ensure all records are maintained. Implement and promote Vizion values. Application of regulations, esp. DPA. Skills and Qualifications IMI VDA - AQP accredited or working towards. A member (or working towards) Institute of Automotive Engineer Assessors. Insurance principles. Effective Negotiation skills. Ability to Accurately Audit. Up to date Industry and Market Awareness. Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Articulate clear speech. Knowledge or have used Audatex, HPI, Glass, and CAP products. Clear written communication skills. Good organisation and time management. Ability to present data with meaning. Ability to present to large groups. Experienced, aware, and compassionate.
