The business is a global food manufacturer looking to grow their reach across the UK and is seeking an Engineering & H&S Manager to oversee and implement new processes to reach maximum production output. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage maintenance of all site machinery and equipment. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability. Lead and train the maintenance team. Manage the maintenance budget including any external contractors. Manage inventory levels of critical spare parts and coordinate with procurement to ensure a good level of stock at all times. Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and audits. Experience Required
Experience managing a team of engineers and implementing new PPMs and processes. High process and equipment knowledge. Up to date on health and safety certifications. Food Manufacturing experience essential. Exposure to a semi-automated/fully automated site.
