This role requires accuracy and strong attention to detail when inputting data. You will be processing work completed by their engineers onto their internal system. For each part used and work completed, there is a cost code; you will be entering all of those details to be able to put costs into an invoice to send to customers.

Business Support Administrator Duties:
Raising invoices for works carried out by the Engineering Team Costing and processing engineer job sheets and parts used to create proforma invoices Chasing suppliers and customers for purchase order numbers to add to invoices Liaising with internal departments including Engineers to answer invoicing inquiries when needed Inputting work codes and parts costs onto the in-house system to collate invoice amounts to forward to customers Ensuring all customer documents including invoices are sent over to customers within specified timeframes Checking any irregularities in regards to parts orders, time sheets or works completed with other internal teams, resolving any issues General data input and other administration tasks as needed
Engineering Administrator Essential Experience:
Experience within an administration position that involves either invoicing or raising purchase orders Experience of dealing with telephone inquiries from customers/suppliers etc., providing strong customer service Experience of liaising with other internal departments to resolve queries Strong data entry experience - efficient and accurate Computer literate - strong use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to plan and organise own workload Able to work as part of a team
