On handover, ensure all contract information is in place – arrange for the provision of appropriate on-site training to centre staff, including operating and maintenance manuals that cover the entire installation. Arrange for installers to ‘talk’ operating staff through the operation of each of the installed systems and obtain a sign-off from all operating staff, acceptance of training, and familiarisation.
