£100,000 package: £75,000 salary, plus bonus, pension & car. Total package worth over £100,000 when you factor in 8% employer pension contribution, company car and management bonus. 25 days off (+BHols).

The Engineering Director will join a company that has a busy order book, significant market share and sales into the UK, Europe and beyond. To keep pace with customers, the Engineering Director will be innovation focused and help the business invest in the next generation of electro-mechanical engineering product innovation.
