This is a Monday - Friday days-based role. You will be responsible for overseeing the production line, scheduling process improvements, and maintenance of technical machinery.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor or Manager looking for a local, days-based role offering continued development and a secure working environment.
The Role: Monday-Friday (8 - 4.30 / 1pm on Friday). Production Management. Running of line, process improvements, machine maintenance.
The Candidate: Engineering / Factory Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader. H&S, Continuous Improvement experience. Commutable to Ashford.
