As an Engineering Geologist Associate Director, you will be sat directly under the Managing Director within a new office, assisting on all aspects of business management, strategic growth, technical delivery and commercial management.
This Engineering Geologist Associate Director position offers the chance to help double headcount (around 15 staff) over the next 2-3 years with excellent progression and incentives on offer.
Engineering Geologist Associate Director Responsibilities:
Manage the oversight of the Geo-Environmental, Geotechnical and Engineering Geology services, including but not limited to; design (including ICE specification and tendering), implementation and management of geo-environmental assessments. This includes reviewing of; desk studies, ground investigations (factual and interpretative), foundation assessment, coal mining risk assessments, human health, ground-water and gas risk assessments and preparation of remediation statements and verification reports. Full cycle project management. Overview team direction working alongside Director. Client Account across all sectors public and private. Assisting on growth, recruitment, marketing and business development.
Specification - Engineering Geologist Associate Director:
BSc/BEng - Geotechnics, Geology, Environmental science etc. Circa 10-20 years' experience in a UK GI consultancy/Contracting business. Technical reporting experience across Engineering Geology, Geo-Environmental and/or Geotechnical. Great leadership and managerial skills.
