Job Description: If you are an individual who is passionate about designing and adapting solutions to meet the needs of our innovative customers and is results orientated, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Graduate Trainee at Instron, you will be part of a global brand with the opportunity to influence and define your own future within a diverse organisation. This role will provide you with opportunities to work within multiple teams through a series of placements to continue developing your skills as an engineer and allow you to contribute to current projects to improve our product portfolio. As a Graduate Trainee, you will follow a structured training and development programme for up to 2 years. This development will occur through on-the-job training, on external and internally run courses, and through e-learning to help learn our business philosophies. The different projects you will be involved in will give you the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team (Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, and Software, Commercial) in our R&D group as well as in the production environments.
