Our two-year programme features four six-month rotations across departments tailored to your interests. You'll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentor to guide you towards professional development and IET accreditation. Flexibility is key - expect a mix of office, home, and site work. Who You Are: We're looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have: A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a STEM subject (like Electronics, IT, Computer Science, etc.) A knack for solving complex problems Strong communication and teamwork skills A keen eye for detail Self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure Practical experience with Microsoft Office Please Note: You'll need the right to work in the UK (we can't sponsor visas), and you'll undergo pre-employment security clearance and screening.
