1.0 FTE (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) Closing date for this role is: 26/01/2025 Shortlisting will take place from: 28/01/2025 Interviews will take place W/C: 03/02/2025 The main purpose of this role is to support the department by working with staff and students in the workshop, ensuring equipment and resources are available to support student learning. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Giving demonstrations in the use of equipment, materials, and techniques. Setting up and dismantling workshop assessments and EPA assessments. Ensuring that equipment is in working order and ready for learning sessions. Maintaining standards of behaviour within the workshop and adherence to Health and Safety best practices. Maintaining and keeping up-to-date inventories and records of equipment and materials. Providing support to students and keeping the workshops and ancillary areas clean and safe for use. The successful candidate will have a Level 2 or equivalent in Electronic experience and recent relevant experience in the Electrical industry.
