This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated maintenance team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Skills Required for the Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager: Extensive hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting. At least a Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a related field. Hands-on maintenance experience and knowledge. Experience in implementing changes to team dynamics to improve performance. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team. Familiarity with health and safety regulations, such as IOSH or equivalent management courses.
