Key Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled maintenance inspections and complete condition reports in accordance with the site's maintenance schedule. Optimize and make adjustments to equipment during production runs. Configure new production lines to meet job specifications and maintain product quality. Identify and propose improvement opportunities. Diagnose and resolve machinery faults across various equipment types. Support the team in maintaining a safe working environment. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement ideas that enhance efficiency. Plan and execute corrective and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime. Actively participate in engineering R&D projects, including installations and refurbishments.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Electrical and mechanical engineering qualifications. Proven experience in a production, process, or manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical fitting capabilities. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings. Experience as part of a collaborative engineering team. Hands-on expertise with 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters. Effective fault-finding and logical problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with PLC programming.
