£54,000 - 58,000 per year + 10% Bonus minimum and Pension & Health package This is a Days only role, Monday - Friday in a complex and time-sensitive manufacturing environment! Do you have experience leading small – medium sized maintenance teams in high-volume, complex environments? Are you striving to develop world-class maintenance standards? Are you a natural frontline People Manager? If so, please read on! This days-based role will suit an established maintenance engineering manager with experience in managing change in a seasonal environment, as well as an aspiring Maintenance Engineering Team Leader ready for a bigger role, more responsibility and exposure to EtoE supply process on days. This role will lead all frontline engineering maintenance activities in your area, including GMP Manufacturing packaging, accountable for ensuring the efficient production of a variety of consumable products. Key Responsibilities – Engineering Maintenance Team Manager - Days

Motivation of your maintenance engineering team through effective leadership, coaching, and development. Control of contractors & maintenance suppliers through effective performance reviews. Support Maintenance Excellence roadmap implementation plan for the site. Adherence to planned maintenance schedules through effective resource planning. Undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist planning and identify opportunities for equipment improvement. Review maintenance activities and identify opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness. Drive and support Reliability Centred Maintenance/FMECA activities. Devise and ensure a robust and responsive maintenance strategy, developing contingencies to support the whole site working regime. Manage frontline craft engineers and contractors on planned maintenance and shutdown activities. Create, implement, and manage both maintenance and PPM plans for your area of the factory, utilising various operational methodologies. Monitor operational efficiency of all plant and equipment, identifying areas of under-performance or opportunity and implementing plans for improvement. People management including delivery of performance reviews, development, and coaching of the team. Experience ideally within an FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Process engineering environment in an engineering maintenance leadership role. Finely developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams. Ability to undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist forward planning and equipment improvement. Proven track record of meeting agreed performance targets and reporting skills. Effective organisational skills and a forward-thinking, career ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
